ABOUT
Eliana Theologides Rodriguez is a playwright, screenwriter, and dancer who was born on the exact day that Bill Clinton said, “I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky.”
It was formative in ways she’s still unpacking.

Her plays include Indian Princesses (2025 World Premiere at La Jolla Playhouse), Poor Queenie (2025 World Premiere at Subtext Studio), Marble Rooftop (2024 DNA Series at La Jolla Playhouse), We Are Angels Just Like You (2025 Clubbed Thumb Summerworks Reading), and JuniPerfect (2022 commission with Adventure Theatre MTC). She is currently under commission at South Coast Repertory and is a proud member of EST Youngblood and the Clubbed Thumb Early Career Writers Group.
When she is not writing, Eliana can be found crying in public, eating in private, walking about, doing lots of things really, doing really cool things.
